UKIP's transport policy

The UK Independence Pary has announced its transport policy.

It features the introduction of a 'Brit Disc' to levy a charge on foreign lorries using our roads, the scrapping of the £15 surcharge on motorists for minor offence currently put towards compensation for victims of crime, and the expansion of the rail network.
